Shared Terms for Our Applications
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to any application, feature, or service that links to or references them (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
Our Apps provide different features depending on the specific product. Features available in one App may not be available in another.
Our Apps are not supported by third-party advertising, and we do not use cross-app tracking for advertising purposes.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you may use the Apps only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some Apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Pricing, billing terms, and included benefits are presented before you complete a purchase.
If an App offers auto-renewing subscriptions, they renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Purchases made through a third-party app store, including Apple's App Store, are processed by that store. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the store provider according to its policies.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other materials included in the Apps are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support for every App unless required by law.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, or misused the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice within the relevant App where appropriate. Continued use of an App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If you download an App through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not the store operator, except to the extent required by that marketplace's terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
