iOS Applications
By downloading, installing, or using any of our iOS applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.
Our Apps provide various services and features as described in each individual App's description on the App Store. All Apps may include:
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Apps and make any purchases.
Some features of our Apps may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and billing periods, are clearly displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple according to their refund policy.
Our Apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. By using our Apps, you consent to the display of advertisements. We do not control the content of these advertisements, and their display does not constitute our endorsement of any advertised products or services.
Ad personalization may be based on your interests and activity. You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings or Google Ad Settings.

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Apps.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for our Apps or their content. Any claims relating to our Apps must be directed to us, not Apple.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
